A single registration covers the presentation of max 2 papers, of which 1 oral and 1 CET paper.

The full registration fee for one author includes:

Publication

• The publication cost of one CET paper or one proceeding paper.
• One extra CET paper needs 325 more EUR for processing/publication matters.
• One extra Proceedings paper needs 65 more EUR for processing matters.
  
  

Conference activities and presentation

• Presenting maximum 2 contributions, of which maximum 1 lecture (the second can be a poster).
• Attendance in all conference lecture halls and exhibition areas, lunches, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
  
  

The student registration fee includes:
